Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Data Intelligence team: Manage a team of data analysts and BI specialists, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the successful implementation of data intelligence projects.
Business Intelligence Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business intelligence strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth and improve decision-making processes.
Data Visualization: Utilize your expertise in Power BI and other relevant tools to design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Create intuitive and insightful visual representations of complex data sets to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Data Analytics: Implement advanced analytics techniques to extract valuable insights from large and complex data sets. Apply statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations to support business objectives.
Data Governance: Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure the integrity, security, and privacy of data assets. Define data quality standards and establish processes for data cleansing, transformation, and validation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including executives, business leaders, and IT professionals, to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights. Act as a trusted advisor on data-driven decision-making and present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of data intelligence projects, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, and execution. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budget constraints.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data intelligence, business intelligence, and analytics. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data-driven initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

· Proven experience (7+ years) in implementing business intelligence solutions, preferably in a managerial role.

· Expertise in Power BI and other data visualization tools.

· Strong understanding of data analytics techniques, including statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning.

· Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.

· Proficient in SQL and experience with database technologies.

· Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

· Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.
