Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to identify data requirements and objectives.
Design, develop, and implement robust data models, data flows, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform.
Create visually appealing and interactive reports, dashboards, and scorecards that effectively present insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Utilize Microsoft Power BI's advanced features, such as DAX calculations, custom visuals, and Power Query, to enhance data analysis and visualization capabilities.
Develop and maintain data pipelines, data integration processes, and data automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power Virtual Agents.
Perform comprehensive data analysis and data profiling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.
Conduct data cleansing, data validation, and data transformation tasks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with developers and IT teams to ensure effective data integration and connectivity between different systems and data sources.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform, promoting best practices and efficient data visualization techniques.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics, data visualization, and Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in data modeling, data visualization, and report/dashboard development using Microsoft Power BI.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps for building custom applications, Power Automate (Flow) for workflow automation, and Power Virtual Agents for creating chatbots and conversational AI.
Strong understanding of data manipulation, data transformation, and data cleansing techniques.
Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Power BI Certification (e.g., MCSA: BI Reporting, MCSE: Data Management and Analytics).
Experience in management consulting or working with consulting clients.
Familiarity with other data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, etc.).
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with ETL processes.
